Most Learning Happens Outside The Classroom

My latest classroom years reminded me that most learning happens outside of the classroom. The educational landscape is changing. Conscientious parents are looking for teacher-mentors who are sensitive to their students’ development, unique potential, learning styles, and all-around upstanding citizenness. Inquisitive adults are hankering for the personal enrichment of studying and discussing classic books, a luxury some haven’t indulged since university days.
